The Amazon operations team is looking for Lead Fulfillment Associates. These associates support operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers. Lead Fulfillment Associates hold various roles within the Fulfillment Center including Trainer, Process Assistant, Dock Clerk, Receiving Clerk, Shipping Clerk, Non-Inventory Receive Clerk, Regulated Waste Coordinator, Amazon Robotics (AR) Quarterback, Floor Health Monitor, and Data Analyst.

All role types include performing production duties such as picking, packing, receiving, stowing product, ensuring inventory accuracy, and unloading/loading trucks. Additionally, they communicate instructions to other associates, motivate teams, and maintain a safe work environment.

• Perform production duties—pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, unload/load trucks, ensure inventory accuracy.
• Communicate instructions, motivate associates, keep work areas safe.
• Support training and coaching for associates.

• ISS Representative – Maintaining the link between Corporate Retail Teams and the FC, reporting & re‑escalation of tickets, resolving problem items, handling Retail Request Tickets.
• Process Assistant – Managing daily department duties, allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, communicating with suppliers, escalating barriers to Operations leaders, driving standard work in Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
• Dock Clerk – Managing inbound flow, scheduling appointments, communicating with carriers, coordinating dock personnel, planning inbound arrivals.
• Receiving Clerk – Scheduling inbound deliveries, communicating with carriers, monitoring releases, training backup clerks.
• Shipping Clerk – Coordinating with multiple shipping companies, using shipping software, tracking packages, using the Trailer Dock Release program.
• Non‑Inventory Receive Clerk – Working with Procurement to administer non‑inventory goods, organizing supplies, operating PIT equipment, tracking shipments.
• Regulated Waste Coordinator – Leading the Waste Program, managing hazardous waste, ensuring regulatory compliance, partnering with Operations and EHS teams.
• Amazon Robotics (AR) Quarterback – Monitoring floor health of robotic fields, leading safe dispatch, coordinating with learning, RME, and operations teams, driving standard work practices.
• Floor Health Monitor – Safely accessing robotic floors, resolving issues, assisting associates with amnesty processing.
• Data Analyst – Providing data support for ICQA and operations teams, conducting root cause investigations, ensuring compliance with SoX requirements.

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule—work weekends, nights, holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 lbs, stand/walk during up to 12‑hour shifts, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach regularly.
• Work 40 hours per week with overtime as required.
• 18 years of age or older.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ year of direct leadership experience.
• 1+ year working in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or large retail.
• Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and training.
