Dispatch Coordinator – Night Shift

Visalia, CA

The Dispatch Coordinator I position assists in all aspects of operations.

• Assist the Central Dispatcher with freight and driver placement.
• Perform miscellaneous data entry.
• Produce daily revenue reports and enter billing data.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Flexibility and self‑driven initiative to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort with busy phone traffic.
• Strong time‑management and priority‑setting skills.
• Capability to adjust priorities and multitask in an organized manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or a related field (or three or more years in the trucking industry preferred).
