The role:

Within the Aerospace department, the role involves piloting transport dossiers specifically dedicated to the secure, fast, and regulated transport of aeronautical parts, engines, or entire aircraft. You will follow the dossier from its opening to its invoicing. The activity takes place in an international environment, with regular exchanges with clients, agents, and internal teams. The role directly contributes to the quality and fluidity of logistics operations.

Main duties:

- Manage transport dossiers from start to finish for all destinations (air, export, import, cross-trade, and road) - Organize and plan pickups
- Check the conformity of transport documents
- Ensure communication with clients, agents, and group agencies (FR/EN) - Monitor the progress of operations and handle any issues
- Establish the invoicing of dossiers

This position is for profiles with a background in transport and logistics, with initial experience in air transit or with a transport forwarder. The use of business IT tools is part of the daily routine. The role is suitable for people who appreciate: fluent English written and spoken (Level C1-C2). managing multiple dossiers. organization and operational rigor. working in coordination with different stakeholders.

Varied or evolving career paths are considered as long as operational skills are present.
