The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the Store Manager, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product while taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role offers the opportunity to spend quality time on the sales floor, engage with customers, and lead a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.

• Develop a store culture filled with passion for our brand, inspiring team members as brand ambassadors.
• Establish a high‑performance selling environment that creates moments and exceeds shopper expectations.
• Drive sales beyond commercial targets and KPI expectations, setting new records.
• Build, coach and inspire a team of talented Pandorians, providing real‑time feedback and guidance to achieve KPI goals.
• Partner with Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources Generalist to resolve performance issues and policy violations.
• Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent growth and development.

• Results‑orientated Leader with at least 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to charm and captivate audiences at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking that delivers positive results.
• Talent magnet:
  Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, including succession planning and internal mobility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
• Minimum age of 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods.

• Competitive base salary: $29.20 to $36.50 per hour.
