Examine aluminum profiles for defects, surface imperfections, and overall readiness before the coating process;
Position and secure materials onto transport racks using protective materials to avoid damage during handling and shipment;
Monitor and adjust chemical treatment systems to ensure proper temperatures, mixture levels, and process performance;
Use crane equipment to move and immerse materials through preparation and treatment stages;
Apply powder coating or paint finishes using spray equipment while maintaining appearance and quality standards
