Elite Corporate Medical Services is seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a full-time basis and provide coverage at our clinics in Fresno, Tulare and Kings Counties. The clinics' hours vary and are generally open Monday through Saturday between 8 and 10 hours each day.

- You'll have the independence to connect with patients in a concierge-style setting, where the focus is on building real relationships -- not meeting quotas.
- Use medical training, skills and clinical judgment to provide timely, responsive care to treat a multi-cultural patient population.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions.
- Work independently, contacting offsite supervising physician as needed regarding patient care.
- Responsible for personalized treatment of patients, ensuring care is relevant for short and long term outcomes.
- Responsible for seeing all scheduled and walk-in patients each day (approximately 6 to 12 patients daily).
- Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs and in accordance with practice guidelines.
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records using eClinical
Works.
