Overview

Benefits:
Eligible Full‑Time, Work Shift Variable – 12 Hour Shift (United States). Up to $10,000 Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance available.
- CA RN license required
- BLS ACLS required within one year of hire or transfer
- Preferred education:
BSN, MSN, or enrollment in an RN‑BSN program
- Practice guided by the Code of Ethics and professional behavior standards
- Identify high‑risk patients and initiate appropriate interventions
- Maintain patient confidentiality and act as patient advocate
- Deliver nonjudgmental, nondiscriminatory care preserving patient autonomy
- Apply the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) documented through observation, peer review, and audits
- Use quality‑of‑care data to initiate practice changes and recommend improvements
- Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and practice guidelines
- Participate on interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical practice and health services
- Engage in quality improvement studies, implement findings, and share results
- Collaborate and communicate with patients, families, and other health‑care providers
- Monitor documentation for appropriate referrals and formulate care plans involving patients
- Make referrals and manage continuity of care as needed
- Primary clinical resource for staff and role model/mentor
- Represent Nurse Manager in absence, provide leadership and support
- Support staff during orientation, preceptor activities, and evaluations
- Manage staff assignments, shift reports, breaks, and staffing needs
- Coordinate staffing and resource utilization, ensuring equipment checks are completed
- Coordinate care in high‑risk/emergent situations and communicate critical information to leadership
- Ensure collaboration among staff, physicians, and departments; maintain open communication lines
- Document and report patient care issues; ensure proper nurse completion of Statements of Concern
- Provide employee guidance and notify leadership of counseling needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Pay Range: $46.44 – $69.66 per hour.
