This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) provides outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages in Visalia, California. The facility operates across two clinic locations in close proximity and maintains on-site support staff, including MDs, APPs, and medical assistants, to support daily clinical operations. Clinical workflows are established to support consistent and quality patient care delivery within a community health setting.

The expected caseload is 19 patients per day, encompassing typical primary care services.

Board certification, prescriptive authority, and a California nursing license are required for this position.
