Health Yes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established anesthesia organization in California’s Central Valley near Visalia.

Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations
Develop individualized anesthesia-care plans
Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
Manage airway and perioperative patient needs
Practice independently within training and licensure
Participate in scheduled call coverage
Monitor patients and respond to clinical changes
Support postoperative recovery and pain management
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and clinical teams
Maintain complete and timely documentation
Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program
Current NBCRNA certification
Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
PALS certification when required
Strong independent-practice and regional-anesthesia skills
Excellent clinical judgment and communication abilities
Experience preferred
Annual base compensation: approximately $360,000–$410,000
