Dishwasher / Prep Cook (Memory Care)

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Weekends & Holidays Required
Salary: $21.00 an hour

Quail Park Residences of Visalia Memory Care, part of the Living Care family, is seeking a reliable Dishwasher / Prep Cook (Kitchen Assistant) to support our dining team serving residents in a memory care environment.

This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and assisting with meal preparation and service for older adults.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of dish room and kitchen areas
• Assist with basic food prep and meal tray setup
• Dispose of garbage and recycling throughout shifts
• Record dish machine temperatures and report issues
• Support cooks and dining staff during meal service

• Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain)
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to pass background check, TB test, and pre-employment screening
• Strong reliability and teamwork skills
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
