Position Summary

Sam’s Club is opening a brand‑new location in Visalia, California, and is looking for a Personal Shopper Lead to build the team from the ground up. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and offers the unique opportunity to shape a new site from day one.

• Train, coach, and support associates to deliver strong performance and great member service.
• Reinforce expectations, provide feedback, recognize achievements, and support hiring, scheduling, and associate development.
• Maintain merchandise inventory, organization, and availability for members.
• Ensure Club Pickup (online order pickup) is accurate, on time, and easy for members to collect.
• Problem‑solve and keep operations moving efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Provide a welcoming, helpful experience for every member and resolve concerns swiftly.
• Assist members with purchases, questions, and self‑service tools.
• Use performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Help streamline processes and partner with club leadership for efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for associates and members.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Experience leading others or stepping into a leadership role.
• Strong organization and focus in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑first mindset with accountability and ownership.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the business.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
