Job Overview
The Retail Representative will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone that is no older than 5 years. This position requires merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Location:
Visalia, CA (within a 25-mile radius) - Part-time, 24 hours a week, 3 days a week
- Compensation: $20 hourly
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
- Communication stipend: $2.50 per day

- Retail work will include ordering products, stocking shelves from new orders, and other related tasks.
- Conduct audits and merchandising in area grocery stores.
- Drive to various retail locations.
- Verify that client products are accurately represented on store shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Report findings and data to management through the mobile app.
- Maintain a safe working environment while in-store.
- Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines.
- Perform physical activities such as frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Attend client kick-off video calls.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador by building relationships with store managers.
- Monitor sales volume and inventory levels.
- Present corporate-approved deals to store management.
- Encourage stores to place additional orders.
- Support promotional activities by negotiating/building displays to ensure product availability.
- Rotate products and assist with new item cut-ins.
- Ensure approved schematic layout and planogram are followed.
- Take pictures of products, displays, and competitive sets.
- Complete daily and weekly reports as instructed.
- Execute special promotional campaigns and resets as directed.
- Perform additional activities as requested by company management.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of automobile insurance.
- Reliable phone (no older than 5 years) with service and internet for daily communication.
- Ability to drive to stores in the assigned territory for retail tasks and audits.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
