The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is a no‑fee program that assists men and women in completing their rehabilitation program. Our employees contribute to the maintenance and effectiveness of these programs.

• Greet customers and donors, provide prompt and courteous assistance.
• Stock priced items and merchandise the sales floor.
• Maintain the store and donation area clean, neat, and organized; perform assigned cleaning duties.
• Follow all POS and cash register policies in accordance with TSA policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Attend required monthly store meetings.
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct quality assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages.
• Assist donors in removing donated items from vehicles and provide receipts.
• Sort donated material into proper containers and stack material as instructed.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

• Must be able to handle POS and cash register operations and cash transactions accurately.
• Must pass a background check, including criminal history and sex offender registry.
• Effective communication skills with managers, employees, customers, and donors.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, clothing carts, merchandise carts, rolling clothing racks, fixtures, furniture dollies, platform trucks, hand trucks, and miscellaneous carts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
• Must able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Our stores operate seven days per week. Schedules are determined by management and employees must be flexible to ensure adequate coverage. Part‑time associates may be scheduled for any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

$16.50 per hour.
