As a Cashier at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will process each customer’s order quickly, accurately, and efficiently. You will ensure complete customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service, accurately handle cash and payment methods, assist customers with information and resolve complaints, follow front‑end procedures, help stock and dust shelves, maintain knowledge of weekly ads, guide customers to product locations, and work with the front‑end manager and Head Cashier to keep the checkout area clean and orderly.

• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have 1–2 years of recent cashiering experience.
• Show an outgoing, friendly behavior and a positive attitude toward customers.
• Be able to operate front‑end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have good communication skills and the ability to take direction, constructive criticism, and participate in a team environment.
• Be able to perform repetitive activities, multi‑task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Lift/carry product horizontally or vertically up to 30 lbs, over distances up to 3 ft for up to 50 hours, and move grocery carts requiring up to 35 lbs over distances up to 4 ft for up to 50 hours.
• Possess strong attention to detail, proficiency with numbers, and cash‑handling and mathematical abilities.

$17.05 – $21.25 per hour (scaled by experience and qualifications).
