• Previous management experience, required.
• Specialty retail store management experience, preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent and influence a positive team atmosphere.
• Ability to make sound decisions, take action, and achieve results.

• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.

Regular/Full time. Hourly: $27.41–$30.46. Pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Position eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.
