Our Commercial Account Managers are responsible for self‑generating new leads and possessing the ability to close new commercial business in an outside sales environment.

Position SummaryAs a Commercial Account Manager at Advanced IPM, you will be the face of our company, providing the highest level of professionalism and ethics. The right candidate is receptive to feedback and is committed to continuous learning. They must be responsible, reliable and well organized. The key responsibilities include:
- Selling pest prevention services to commercial organizations.
- Achieve or exceed minimum expectations for revenue and profit.
- Develop and maintain a list of prospective customers using various methods (e.g., cold calls, trade shows, Linked In, online lists, networking, etc.).
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective customers. Maintain prospect and customer records (hard copy and computer) in an organized and thorough manner.
- Maintain CRM, with accurate and up‑to‑date activity information. Submit sales activity reports to branch manager and sales manager as expected and/or requested.
