- Leverage audience‑specific marketing and sales materials
- Identify and develop business relationships with targeted health care providers
- Plan and prioritize activities to ensure consistent territory coverage aligned to client needs
- Deliver educational and scientific support to inform decisions by physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff
- Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers
- Develop and implement plans for the territory to meet market share goals
- Communicate effectively with peers and management
- Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Present a professional sales image in all business matters
- Manage and maintain expense and promotional budgets for the territory within guidelines
- Must operate within compliance guidelines at all times
- Adherence to policies, processes and procedures
- 2–5 years of business‑to‑business (B2B) experience
- 1–2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Pharmaceutical pain management experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of success in exceeding results
- Demonstrated sales acumen
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to travel and maintain a valid driver’s license for visits to assigned healthcare accounts
- Residence within the assigned territory or its boundaries required
- Local and national travel required for this position
- Understanding of compliance & privacy laws
- Must be able to perform all responsibilities of the position
Compensation
:
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $72,000 to $77,000. Additional compensation may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonuses based on company and/or individual performance.
