To enthusiastically promote the services of The Lifestyle Center, enroll new members, and assist current members with service requests.

Education Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent Applicable education in the health and fitness industry

Experience Preferred:
Applicable experience in the health and fitness industry Previous sales experience

Essential Acts as an enthusiastic sales representative of the services and programs offered at The Lifestyle Center. Coordinates and facilitates the membership enrollment process of new members. Receives and responds to telephone and walk-in inquiries regarding membership interest. Conducts facility tours explaining the various services of The Lifestyle Center as they relate to the potential member. Maintains a call-back file of all trial passes extended, following up prior to expiration answering any questions and re-attempting membership sale.

Sends a 'Thank You' card to the primary member of each membership sale that is completed. Makes changes to member accounts according to department policy. Schedules appointments for Fitness Profile and Program Design appointments. Assists in marketing and solicitation of sales. Assists in the implementation and administration of comprehensive member retention programs. Assumes responsibility for documentation and reporting of sales data.

Meets sales quota closures as established by the department Director. Assumes responsibility for maintaining an efficient sales office. Assists Membership Coordinator in the training of other staff that serve in sales support function. Assists in the production and implementation of The Lifestyle Center special events. Participates as one of The Lifestyle team.

Additional Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and services appropriate to the population served on the assigned unit or work area. Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range $19.59 -$29.39
