Security officer tasks may include but not limited to:

• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.;
• Obtains help by sounding alarms.;
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers, identifying risks and notifying appropriate management authority or 911/Police.;
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.;
• Maintain a written log of all daily activities per shift.;

• Be at least 18 years old or minimum age required by the State
• Must have a Valid Guard Card
• Should possess great English communicating abilities, both written and oral
• Should be responsible, flexible and dependable
• Have access to reliable transportation
• Positive and confident professional image
• Be able to successfully complete all training required for the position
• Demonstrate an ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
• Must be drug free
