The Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3
Responsible for day‑to‑day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance of equipment at the site. Acts as a material handling technician for all equipment installed at Visalia, CA.
Schedule & Compensation3rd shift, Saturday through Wednesday 9:30PM – 6AM. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required. Base pay range: $30 to $35.50 per hour. Final compensation will be determined by work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Responsibilities- Repair and maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, and lubrication.
- Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.
- Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry.
- Create and close work orders in an asset management system with appropriate data, including labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
- Troubleshoot semi‑complex problems and identify the resources needed to resolve them.
- Locate and track spare parts from inventory.
- Perform routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure specifications are met.
- Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults.
- Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or vocational‑technical training preferred.
- Specialized skill training or certification also preferred.
- 2–3 years of troubleshooting electro‑mechanical equipment preferred.
- Proven experience in responsibility and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities.
- Able to lift and move material up to 50pounds each; occasionally push‑and‑pull wheeled dollies loaded with up to 100pounds.
- Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
- Able to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation.
- Must be able to stand or walk for up to 10–12 hours; working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, wet or uneven surfaces.
- Flexibility in covering multiple shifts and holiday hours as required.
