Job Title

Your role involves maintaining and ensuring the compliance of electrical installations in communal buildings under the supervision of the Electricity Sector Manager at the Municipal Technical Center.

Your duties include:

• Maintaining and ensuring compliance of electrical installations in communal buildings.
• Performing troubleshooting and maintenance work in buildings.
• Executing small electrical projects.
• Troubleshooting electrical installations.
• Performing small household appliance troubleshooting.
• Providing troubleshooting and small works in telecommunication and IT (Training).
• Assisting in setting up electrical installations for festive occasions.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Installing temporary electrical cabinets.

Specific requirements for the position:

• Driving license B is essential.
• Working indoors or outdoors in all weather conditions, all seasons.
• Electrical qualification.
• Physical abilities (carrying loads, etc.).
• Wearing PPE (helmet, gloves, glasses, face mask, dust mask, safety shoes or boots, work clothes, harness).
• Operating specific machinery or tools.
• Available for the team with a service vehicle and mobile phone.
• Using scaffolding or aerial work platforms.
