The Centre Technique Municipal ensures daily maintenance of communal property: buildings, public spaces, and road maintenance. At the heart of the life of Tremblay residents, the CTM guarantees a quality public service. Under the hierarchical authority of the head of the carpentry department within the CTM division, you will participate in carpentry and renovation work within municipal buildings.

- Guarantor of maintenance in communal buildings

- Execution of new work and renovation

- Design and manufacture of furniture

- Restoration and repair of existing furniture

- Installation and laying of work

- Construction of partitions and false ceilings

- Maintenance of the workshop and tools

Specifics related to the position:

- B permit indispensable

- Pool of vehicles and mobile phone

- Possible on-call duties

- Carrying loads

- Wearing personal protective equipment is mandatory

- Operation of machine tools or specific machinery

- Work inside and outside, in all weather conditions and seasons

Methodical and rigorous, you work with precision and skill. You are mobile, autonomous, and know how to prioritize the work to be done. You also have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.

Competencies and required qualifications:

- Diploma and/or experience in carpentry and/or joinery

- License for the use of scaffolding or aerial work platform

- Ability to draft, read plans, and establish manufacturing sheets

- Ability to detect malfunctions in a building

- Ability to define technical constraints and material needs

- Respect and application of safety and hygiene standards

- Use of office tools
