Prime Irrigation is seeking a motivated Automation & Irrigation Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems and smart irrigation controls. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues, including valves, wiring, controllers, and filters
- Install and program smart irrigation controllers and automation systems.
- Perform seasonal startups, winterizations, and routine system maintenance.
- Conduct site inspections and identify opportunities for system improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate repairs and recommendations clearly.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders.
- Experience with agricultural irrigation systems and electrical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of smart irrigation controllers and automation systems.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors throughout the day.
