• 2+ years of experience driving a tow truck
• Valid driver's license

When customers' vehicles break down on the road and we're unable to provide mobile repairs, you jump into action. You spend your days driving to disabled vehicles, carefully hooking them up to the tow truck, and bringing them back to our shop for repairs. If the customer is there when you arrive, you communicate expectations with them, provide basic assistance, and collect their signatures as needed.

You let the service team know when you're coming back with a vehicle and complete detailed tow reports for our records.
