Class A Regional Truck Driver - New CDL Graduates Welcome

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, to operate on the 14 Western regional lane. Entry-level drivers receive paid OTR training with an experienced trainer before operating solo. This role emphasizes safe, reliable delivery of primarily no-touch dry van freight with regular drop-and-hook operations.

• Weekly pay: $1,000–$1,200
• After training: $0.43–$0.57 per mile (sliding scale)
• Experienced drivers: $0.50–$0.71 per mile (based on years of experience)
• Training pay: $850 per week for 4–6 weeks (drivers with
• Monthly safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile

• Region:
  All states west of the Mississippi (14 Western regional lane)
• Freight:
  Primarily no-touch dry van; drop-and-hook with occasional live load/unload assignments
• Average mileage: ~2,300 miles per week
• Home time:
  Bi-weekly with at least a 34-hour reset
• Orientation:
  One paid day at the nearest terminal

  Day or night driving as assigned

• Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours (new graduates welcome)
• Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in the past 5 years
• No DUI in the last 5 years
• No involuntary termination from most recent employment for safety-related reasons
• 10-year employment history with no major gaps; at least 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years
• Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
• Certain criminal convictions may be disqualifying; all offenses are reviewed by safety
