Senior Staff Accountant

A growing company in Vista is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join their team and help support continued expansion. This is a highly visible role where your work directly impacts financial accuracy and decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing

+ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

+ Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes

+ Perform GL reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis

+ Partner with leadership to improve accounting workflows and reporting accuracy

+ Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards

+ Support budgeting and forecasting efforts

Requirements

+ 3-6+ years of progressive accounting experience

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

+ Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)

+

Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, or similar)

+ Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
