Vista Community Clinic is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage daily AP tasks, review invoices, code entries, data entry, and post approved invoices in the ERP system. You will ensure timely processing and accurate records while supporting vendor relationships.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in AP, strong Excel and ERP experience, GAAP knowledge, and excellent communication. A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
