You'll work with a collaborative finance team while ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Review timecards and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Process employee status changes, garnishments, and deductions
• Reconcile payroll reports and prepare journal entries
• Assist with payroll tax reporting and year-end processing
• Respond to employee payroll questions
• Maintain payroll records and confidential employee information
• Support month-end accounting activities related to payroll
