The DYADlaw Receptionist will be a passionate advocate for Immigration and Immigrant Rights. This position will require Spanish- and English-speaking and writing skills, and will be responsible for direct service to our Spanish-speaking clients, as well as other administrative duties.
Responsibilities- Answering phones and asking questions to get to the root of the problem
- Responds to and resolves client inquiries and questions
- Following written instructions and checklists
- Managing the lobby & conference room
- Copying, scanning, and filing (physical and electronic filing)
- Data entry using common web-based formats
- Works with and coordinates efforts with other in-office staff
- Responds to and resolves client inquiries and questions
- Assist with and confirm in-person client appointments (as needed)
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in Spanish
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems, such as recording, keeping, and filing
- Ability to work independently
- Associate's degree required in a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Must be able to work full-time, in-office (Vista, CA)
$20 - $24 hourly
