e are looking for a Parts Counter Associate to join our team at Honda Vista!
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
What You’ll Do:- Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts requests and inquiries
- Identify and locate automotive parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems
- Research part numbers, availability, pricing, and compatibility
- Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming parts
- Assist with special orders, returns, and exchanges
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding parts availability and delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and work area
- Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to accurately research and identify parts
- Ability to work effectively with technicians, service advisors, customers, and vendors
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
