The Production Assistant executes excellence in live service production, team-building, and lighting design.

Reports directly to the Production Director. Employee seeks authorization for broad scope of tasks.

Interacts with all staff and volunteers to create relevant, fun, and engaging worship experiences for adult services at East Lake Church.

• Program light show on Jands L5 lighting console (upgrading to Grand
  
  MA3 console).
• Program motion mapping on Green Hippo BOREAL and trigger with lighting console (upgrading as well).
• Contribute to the visual flow of worship services in a 1,200-seat auditorium.
• Assist in preparing grids, message notes, host scripts, and distribute materials.
• Assist in rehearsal and pre-service rehearsals.
• Assist in creating Pro Presenter shows for services; upload content to Dropbox for Community Church Movement.
• Stay in the room throughout each service operating the lighting and LED wall systems.
• Assist in repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to lights and production equipment as needed.

• Gear & Software Knowledge: Be able to learn and teach on Grand
  
  MA3, Resolume, Pro Presenter, Pro Video Player, etc.
• Experience with various lighting fixtures and rigs, including DMX signal paths.
• Two years of experience in a related environment.

• Additional duties as assigned.

• Mobile – In and out of office to ensure task completion.
• Overtime hours as required by ministry needs.
• Church staff is required to abide by the Cultural Expectations (tithe, attendance, conduct, etc.).
