Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in Vista, California. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the operational goals of the team.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Coordinate and manage customer service operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with team members to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all interactions align with the company's standards and policies.

• Previous experience in a customer service or coordinator role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Competitive pay range from $19 to $22 per hour.
