Tempo Communications in Vista, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls and emails from customers, sales reps, and end users about orders, quotes, RMAs, repairs, and delivery updates. The CSR will use Microsoft Dynamics GP to verify stock, order status, and delivery dates, coordinating with Shipping on tracers and shipments.
You will process sales orders and quotes, manage RMAs, and monitor the inbound ticket queue (Zoho Desk).
