Customer Service Representative (JN - Vista, California
Salary: USD
20 - USD
25 per hour
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their client’s team in California. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Assisting customers with questions and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate and updated customer records in the system.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adapting to different customer situations and finding appropriate solutions.
- Ensuring all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.
- Providing feedback on customer interactions to improve the overall customer service process.
- Maintaining a professional and polite attitude when interacting with customers.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay:- Competitive pay range of $20 - $25 per hour.
