True Care in Vista, CA is seeking a Patient Service Representative - Call Center Agent to professionally respond to patient inquiries via phone and text, enter demographic data into the EHR, schedule appointments and forward messages to clinical staff. Candidates need a high school diploma, at least one year in a healthcare call center, experience with data entry and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and a California driver’s license.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
