Engineering Technician

As an Engineering Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in testing, troubleshooting, and improving electro-mechanical systems in a fast-paced lab environment. Your work will directly support engineering decisions by generating reliable test data, identifying trends, and uncovering root causes of failures.

In this role, you'll set up and implement component and system tests, build and maintain test fixtures, and ensure test results are clearly documented and communicated. Your technical judgment and ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation will be critical to success.

Beyond execution, you'll serve as a technical resource within the lab, supporting junior technicians, sharing standard processes, and helping improve test methods, data collection, and reporting processes. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering teams to translate test insights into corrective actions and product improvements. If you enjoy combining hands-on technical work with data analysis and problem-solving and want to contribute meaningfully to product quality and innovation, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact.
