Your Responsibilities as a Therapy South Employee:

Your Responsibilities as a Therapy South SLP:
- Evaluate, screen, and provide diagnoses of speech and language or feeding disorders in children and provides assessment and/or consultation regarding speech and language, oral-motor, feeding skills, according to each learner's needs and physician recommendations, and according to specific program/grant guidelines and protocols.
- Develop, document, write, and clearly communicate treatment goals and treatment plans that honors the child’s present level, the family's unique abilities, and a realistic timeline.
- Provide training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals at Therapy South.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to support optimal client success.
- Contribute to clinical meetings and support the unique and rich culture at Therapy South.
- Manage caseload details and work with caregivers to achieve common goals.
- Complete all required documentation accurately, on time, and in accordance with department standards; in addition, documentation complies with patient insurance requirements.
