This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Escondido, CA for a Caregiver. The Caregiver will provide direct assistance to residents, ensuring their daily needs such as bathing, dressing, dining, and mobility are met with compassion and professionalism. Collaboration with the healthcare and nursing staff will be essential to meet residents’ medical and personal care plans. The role also includes engaging with residents in social activities and maintaining a safe, clean, and positive environment.

• Experience in personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with residents, families, and colleagues
• Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence in providing compassionate care
• Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with a healthcare team effectively
• Previous experience in senior care or healthcare is a plus
• First Aid and CPR certification is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
