Speech Bee is hiring a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for an in-home pediatric caseload serving families in Vista and San Marcos, CA.
This position has an anticipated start date of June 2026 and includes a full-time, established caseload of approximately 25 early intervention and insurance clients. The current clinician is relocating within the company and will provide paid shadowing and transition support. Clinical Fellow/RPE candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
This is a travel-based position requiring local driving between client homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric clients in their homes
- Deliver services in English and Spanish
- Support social communication, AAC, and self-advocacy goals
- Collaborate with families and caregivers
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in team meetings and mentorship
SLPAs will provide services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
Required QualificationsFor SLP Applicants:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license or eligibility
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Clinical Fellows welcome (CF supervision provided)
For SLPA Applicants:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Pediatric experience
- Experience with bilingual families
- Experience with AAC, child-led therapy, and caregiver coaching
- W-2 position
