Supply Planning Specialist-Pharmaceuticals

We are seeking a high-caliber Supply Planning Specialist to drive end-to-end supply chain strategy, optimize inventory, and ensure global product availability for life-saving therapies. This full-time, on-site role is critical in aligning global production capacities with dynamic market demands.

• Develop and maintain complex supply and capacity plans (MTS/MTO) to meet forecasted demand while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence.
• Identify supply constraints and bottlenecks, formulating proactive mitigation strategies for senior leadership.
• Direct Production Planners and collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, and Commercial teams to resolve schedule deviations.
• Manage detailed batch allocation forecasts and WIP inventory parameters within a highly regulated cGMP environment.
• Serve as the site expert for SAP Planning, driving continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization.

• Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of supply or production planning experience in a biopharmaceutical or biological manufacturing environment.
• Advanced, hands‑on proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of cGMP standards, regulatory parameters, and complex supply chain constraints.
• Preferred:
• APICS or equivalent supply chain professional certification.
• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (PowerBI or Tableau).
