As a Lead Custodian, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming atmosphere of our facilities. • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
• Pay: $20/hour
• Start: ASAP
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

• Cover assigned cleaning areas and assist with day‑to‑day custodial tasks.
• Support and supervise a team of 5 day porters.
• Take incoming phone calls on the company‑issued phone and follow up as needed.
• Respond to emails and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all building occupants.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We’re seeking someone who is dependable, detail‑oriented, and a team player. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Previous custodial experience, preferably with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
