ResponsibilitiesVista Community Clinic seeks an accomplished, experienced finance leader to serve as its next Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee its financial strategy, planning and management of the Company. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO ensures financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in alignment with the FQHC’s mission to provide quality healthcare to underserved communities.
The successful candidate will be an operationally focused, results‑oriented finance executive with a substantive track record of leadership in a complex healthcare delivery system.

Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting Master’s preferred)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPS) or Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP)
- Minimum of 10 years of financial leadership experience in an FQHC or nonprofit setting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement methodologies and grant management
- Experience managing Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance billing
- Proficiency in financial software, Electronic health Records and accounting systems
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills

Pay Range
- $300,000 - $450,000 Depending on Experience
