AboutThe Role
The Front End Supervisor in LA Mesa, MESA, plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the front‑end team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient transaction processing. This position is responsible for leading, training, and motivating front‑end staff to maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and productivity. The supervisor will manage scheduling, resolve customer issues, and collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
By monitoring performance metrics and providing constructive feedback, the Front End Supervisor ensures that team goals align with the company’s objectives. Ultimately, this role is essential in fostering a positive work environment that supports both employee development and customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front‑end retail or customer service role.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Strong knowledge of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
