Production Associate - Mat Roller - 3rd Shift

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely places them into a rolling machine for processing, maintains the cleanliness of the work area, sorts and places the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. The position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure;

the Mat Roller must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, and additional compensation incentive (e.g., higher hourly pay) is tied to exceeding those standards.

A reasonable estimate of base salary ranges between $16.90 - $19.25 per hour.
