Manual or Conventional Machinist in Vista, California

Build your future with Volt Workforce Solutions is immediately hiring an experienced Manual or Conventional Machinist to work in Vista, CA. As a Manual or Conventional Machinist, you will:

• Fabricate parts using manual machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Set up and operate machinery to meet precise specifications
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain equipment and keep a safe, organized work area

This is a full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to operate conventional mills, lathes, and surface grinders
• Experience performing machine setups
• Ability to read and interpret part drawings
• Own tools required
• Willingness to learn machine building and testing processes
• Availability to work 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $/hr
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
