Responsibilities Assemble and test electro-mechanical components and systems according to specifications and quality standards.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.

Perform troubleshooting and repairs on malfunctioning equipment to maintain operational efficiency.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes and product designs.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and assembly efficiency.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a similar role.

Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including wiring, soldering, and assembly techniques.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and assembly instructions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Familiarity with hand tools and electronic testing equipment.
