Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Production Operator to join their client's dynamic team in Vista, California. This role is crucial in ensuring that production operations are conducted smoothly during the night shift. The successful candidate will possess excellent manual dexterity and an eye for detail, contributing to the high-quality standards of the production line.
Responsibilities- Interface with inside sales to monitor schedule, and collaborate with the engineering team.
- Exhibit excellent manual dexterity and an eye for visual quality and small features.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, microscopes, and manual CMM effectively.
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications, with a solid understanding of shop math.
- Follow and provide written and oral instructions in English.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and oral, as it relates to the job.
- Have experience working the 3rd shift.
- Experience working the 3rd shift
- Strong tenure in prior positions
- Experience operating CNC or production machinery
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and rulers
- Must be able to read blueprints and schematics
3rd shift 12am - 8am Mon - Fri
