Production Associate

URGENT HIRING!!! PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE-$20/hr.

Job Description

Join a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility producing vitamins and nutritional supplements. We are seeking reliable Production Associates, Packaging Associates, General Laborers, and Machine Operators to support bottling and packaging operations in a GMP-regulated environment.

• 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Full-time hours with consistent scheduling

• Operate bottling and packaging equipment on a high-speed production line.
• Label, package, sort, and box finished vitamin and supplement products.
• Inspect bottles, labels, caps, and packaging materials for quality defects.
• Perform basic machine operation and assist with equipment changeovers.
• Complete production documentation and batch records accurately.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety requirements at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support packaging, palletizing, and shipping preparation activities.
• Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals.

• Production, packaging, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs.
• Basic math and documentation skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to wear required PPE throughout the shift.

• Manufacturing or packaging experience.
• Experience working in GMP or regulated environments.
• Experience completing production paperwork and quality checks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vista, CA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
