Aerotek is hiring a Production Associate
- Finisher for Vista, CA. This contract-to-hire role covers 1st and 2nd shifts with a pay rate of $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
You will hand finish machined parts, perform carbon-prepreg layups, trim molds, and ensure parts meet blueprints with good surface quality. Applicants should have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience, be able to lift 50 lbs, and work with hand and power tools.
