Position: E-Commerce Marketing Specialist - USA
Motocaddy is an innovative global golf company that prides itself on delivering top-quality electric golf caddies and related products to golfers worldwide. As a leader in the global golf industry, we continue to invest in marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and support key commercial objectives, including ongoing multi-channel sales growth. Following a sustained period of company expansion, we are seeking a skilled and motivated E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to join our U.S. team in Vista, California, and play a key role in the company’s continued success.
Role Overview As an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of Motocaddy’s North American e-commerce platforms, delivering effective marketing campaigns and tracking key performance metrics. You will apply best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing to drive conversions, enhance content, improve UI/UX, attract and retain customers, and strengthen the Motocaddy brand across the North American golf market.
The role includes oversight of platform functionality, product listings, digital marketing campaigns, plus customer acquisition and engagement strategies, with the goal of increasing online sales and improving the overall user experience. As a multi-channel role, you will also work closely with our U.S. Sales team to support the continued expansion of our on-course and off-course retail accounts, contributing to sustained growth and improved sales performance across the region.
Key Responsibilities Daily management and optimization of the company’s e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate, engaging, and conversion-focused regionalized content, product information and promotions.Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across key channels, including email marketing, paid search (PPC), social media, content marketing, display advertising, and affiliate marketing, with a focus on driving traffic and online sales.Develop and maintain SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, increase qualified traffic, and support long‑term e‑commerce growth.Create compelling digital content for e‑commerce platforms, email campaigns, social media, and other online channels to support brand awareness, product education, and customer engagement.Manage product listings, including copywriting, categorization, and tagging, to maximize discoverability and merchandising performance.Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using insights to optimize campaigns, improve customer acquisition and retention, enhance UI/UX experiences, and inform strategic decisions.Manage and grow the brand’s regional social media presence by creating engaging content and interacting with followers to build a strong online community.Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other members of the Motocaddy team to deliver cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.Support retail and partner marketing initiatives through coordinated digital activity that strengthens omnichannel performance.Stay up to date with the latest e‑commerce and digital marketing tools, best practices, and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements where appropriate.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, E‑Commerce, Business, or a related field.Minimum of three years’ experience in a relevant digital marketing role.Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including email marketing, social media marketing, PPC, SEO, inventory management, and content marketing.Strong proficiency in e‑commerce copywriting is strongly desirable.Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Woo Commerce, or Magento; proficiency with Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce is strongly desirable.Experience with e‑commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, as well as social commerce platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok, is strongly desirable.Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4); understanding of HTML and CSS.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and…
